‘Medical services here really bad’

OK, a family member goes to a local doctor after waiting for several weeks for an appointment, then gets a prescription to relieve the pain until this person’s condition can be scheduled for any corrective procedure.

But the doctor doesn’t phone in the script for a week. After a call (to a messaging service), the doctor does phone it in. Then it takes the pharmacy two days to fill it.

If I were younger, I would set up a contingent fee medical malpractice law firm here. But I am not.

What I want to know now is what medical, dental and pharmacy regulatory agency to which I can make a complaint. Medical services here are really bad. I really just want this corrected.
