The 15th annual Men Who Grill will be held from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. June 9 in Buckley Park, 1200 Main Ave. This family-friendly event features all-you-can-eat grilled creations, live music from the Kirk James Blues Band and beer from Steamworks Brewing Co.
Registration is open for amateur grilling teams to compete in the event. Food will be judged by a panel of local judges, and festival attendees will vote for their favorite team dish in the highly competitive People’s Choice category. Teams are also encouraged to dress up in costumes and decorate their booths. Prizes will be given for Best Theme/Décor.
Men Who Grill is a fundraiser for the Women’s Resource Center. This year’s event is presented by Bank of Colorado.
Tickets are $20 in advance, and $25 at the gate. Children 5 to 12 years old are $10 and children younger than 5 can attend for free.
