The 19th annual Men Who Grill competition will be held from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Saturday at Buckley Park, 1200 Main Ave., in Durango. Hosted by the Women’s Resource Center as a fundraiser, the event features grilled creations from amateur grill masters. There will also be live music with Kirk James, kids’ activities and a beer tent from Steamworks Brewing.
Teams will prepare small, appetizer portions of their cuisine for attendees to sample. Food will be judged for the Judge’s Award by a panel of local judges, and attendees will vote for their favorite team dish in the People’s Choice Award. Both awards include a $250 cash prize.
