Park Rangers will lead a free guided hike focused on winter ecology 9 a.m. Saturday at Mesa Verde National Park.
Participants will meet at the Morefield Village parking lot, and should prepare to be outdoors for two to three hours while they explore the hillsides around the Morefield Campground and learn about animal tracks and signs.
The event is limited to 20 people, open to adults and children seven and up, with snowshoes provided.
