The Methodist Thrift Shop Board has established a scholarship fund for the purpose of helping local people further their education.
Applicants are considered on church involvement, leadership, community services, extracurricular activities and personal attributes. Interested people may pick up an application at the Methodist Thrift Shop, 986 East Second Ave. or at local high school counselor’s offices in January.
The application deadline is March 15.
