The Durango-La Plata Senior Center is experiencing a temporary staffing shortage that has resulted in a brief interruption of congregate meals on Mondays, that began Oct. 9.
There will be in-person congregate meals on Tuesdays to Fridays, and Monday lunch service will resume Nov. 6. There are free lunches available daily at Manna soup kitchen, and community members are encouraged to take advantage of a healthy home-cooked meal with the center’s partners at Manna during this brief interruption of service.
