In response to Gatsby Fisher, (Herald, April 2, “The ironic violence of the tolerant left”), I have to bluntly ask, what the hell did you expect when you show up at a rally and you go out of your way to provoke people with exact opposite views on a topic like guns? Or, Mr. Fisher, what do you think the response would be to a person at a “rally for guns” holding signs saying “abolish the Second Amendment”? I feel safe in saying it wouldn’t be a fun time for that person.
I think you should be thankful that those people didn’t have “More Guns”. I am sure the person at the pro-gun rally wouldn’t feel safe. So, Gatsby, you went well out of your way to provoke a response from those people and you got it. Both barrels. Enjoy your guns!
