A motorcyclist from Oklahoma had a bad day in the mountains Saturday.
He crashed once at milepost 59 on northern side of Coal Bank Pass in San Juan County, then apparently got up, started driving again and crashed again in the Cascade area at the southern end of Coal Bank Pass, said Sgt. Rob Madden of the Colorado State Patrol. Both accidents occurred between 10 and 11 a.m.
There were some injuries, but the severity is unknown at this time.
“They didn’t enter any notes in the computer about the injuries, which leads me to believe they’re not severe,” Madden said.
