Veteran comedy writer Charlie Burnz is going through a tough time in his life. He meets New York singer Emma Payge and they form an unlikely yet hilarious and touching friendship that kicks the generation gap aside and redefines the meaning of love and trust. Rated PG-13.

Judas and the Black Messiah

FBI informant William O’Neal infiltrates the Illinois Black Panther Party and is tasked with keeping tabs on their charismatic leader, Chairman Fred Hampton. A career thief, O’Neal revels in the danger of manipulating both his comrades and his handler, Special Agent Roy Mitchell. Hampton’s political prowess grows just as he’s falling in love with fellow revolutionary Deborah Johnson. Meanwhile, a battle wages for O’Neal’s soul. Will he align with the forces of good? Separation

Eight-year-old Jenny is constantly caught in the middle of the feuding between her lawyer mother Maggie and artist father Jeff. She leads a lonely but imaginative life, surrounded by puppets called “Grisly Kin,” which are based on the works of her father. When Maggie is killed in a hit-and-run, Jeff and Jenny try to piece together a new life. But when Maggie’s father sues for custody, and babysitter Samantha tries to be the new woman of the house, life in their Brooklyn townhome takes a dark turn. The puppets and frightening characters come to life and Jenny is the only person who can see them. When the motives of the ghoulish creatures become clear, the lives of everyone are put very much in jeopardy. Rated R.

Walking with Herb

Sixty-five-year-old Joe Amable-Amo is struggling with his faith as his 3-year-old granddaughter and her father have just died. The former amateur golf champion is besieged by encroaching old age, working as a bank executive, gearing up for retirement, deep concern for his wife’s unanswered needs, his humanitarian daughter’s survival and a potentially lethal loss of faith. But, suddenly, in his office one afternoon, something supernatural happens ... he is contacted by God. What does God Almighty have in mind for Joe? God has chosen Joe to deliver a message to the world; it’s this: The seemingly impossible is possible. God tells Joe he is going to play in the World Entire Golf Tournament, (the richest tournament in humankind), and if he can renew his faith powerfully enough, he will win. First and foremost, God wants Joe to meet his guide, his personal angel on Earth. An incredibly quirky man named Herb. He drives a motorcycle and he makes golf clubs. He promises Joe that he will help him regain the ability of his youth – if Joe will trust Herb, God and himself. Rated PG.

Godzilla vs. Kong

Legends collide in “Godzilla vs. Kong” as these mythic adversaries meet in a spectacular battle for the ages, with the fate of the world hanging in the balance. Kong and his protectors undertake a perilous journey to find his true home, and with them is Jia, a young orphaned girl with whom he has formed a unique and powerful bond. But they unexpectedly find themselves in the path of an enraged Godzilla, cutting a swath of destruction across the globe. The Unholy

Alice is a young hearing-impaired girl who, after a supposed visitation from the Virgin Mary, is inexplicably able to hear, speak and heal the sick. As word spreads and people from near and far flock to witness her miracles, a disgraced journalist hoping to revive his career visits the small New England town to investigate. When terrifying events begin to happen all around, he starts to question if these phenomena are the works of the Virgin Mary or something much more sinister. Rated PG-13.
