I am writing regarding the letter to the editor, “Make it go away – please,” (Herald, Aug. 10).
I would like to suggest to the letter writer that maybe the mural at the new McDonald’s depicts the history of mining in Durango. Hmm … Who knew that’s where Durango's roots originated.
