The Southwest Civic Winds gave a free concert to a large but dispersed crowd Sunday in Rotary Park. The all-volunteer band of community members from throughout the Four Corners get together a few times a year. The next scheduled concert will be Nov. 10 at the Community Concert Hall in honor of Veterans Day.
