The Energy Council board announces the appointment of Michelina Paulek as the Energy Council executive director.

The Energy Council promotes responsible natural gas and CO2 production and development in Archuleta, Dolores, La Plata and Montezuma counties.

For the last 17 years, Paulek has been involved in various community organizations including The Regional Housing Alliance to Landowners of La Plata. She will assume the new position Jan. 3 and can be reached at 382-6686.
