Colorado Office of Economic Development and International Office recently announced the launch of the Colorado Microloans Program, an initiative of the Colorado Economic Development Commission designed to provide small loans to small businesses, under-served by traditional debt markets.
The program aims to provide small businesses capital through character-based loans, particularly in rural Colorado regions.
