In reference to March 4, The Durango Herald’s subhead on top of the front-page reading: “Man worries for future of separatist country; others believe Putin’s crusade is justified.”

It is NOT a crusade; it is a killing invasion.

By the title, “Views of Conflict,” you would think that there are many people in our country who support Putin.

From everyone I know, that isn’t the case. The Herald must have had to look near and far to find anyone who would think it is okay for greedy, murderous, dictator Putin to invade another country, kill civilians and children, and rape and kill women. Supporters of Putin must have no appreciation of American values of life and freedom.
