Foutz finishing up preps volleyball

Bayfield High School senior Maddi Foutz is finishing her final games of her high school career.
She played in the Diggin' It in Durango tournament last weekend for the Four Corners Volleyball Club with Wolverines Jade Pascale and Mavis Edwards also on the roster. The team is coached by Terene Foutz.
The two-day event, attracting nearly 100 teams (20 of which began the D-I chase) to gymnasiums in Bayfield, Durango and Ignacio, culminated with final-round play Sunday, April 2. Four Corners defeated New Mexico Premiere 18's 25-16, 25-18 in the penultimate best-of-three, finishing the 2017 event with an 8-0 match record and perfect 16-0 games won/lost mark.
