How dare you talk to us citizens like we are idiots, saying that, “This is not the time!”
So, if a mass shooting death toll reaches 1,000? Or 5,000? Will that be the time?
Shootings by toddlers are already occurring more than once a week in our gun-saturated society. You, Mitch McConnell and your National Rifle Association backers, should be indicted as accomplices to murder for our ongoing obstructions to humane gun laws.
“It’s premature?” If this was a disease instead of firearms that killed more than 30,000 people a year, it would be an epidemic requiring urgent and drastic measures. But if it’s guns, the deaths are acceptable?
