Brothers Redevelopment and Colorado Department of Local Affairs/Division of Housing have partnered to connect Durango residents to rental and mortgage assistance through the Housing Counseling Assistance Program.

The program is a free service to all Coloradans that helps connect residents to local housing resources like financial assistance to pay rent and mortgages or to be put in touch with legal assistance to prevent a looming eviction.

Brothers Redevelopment is a nonprofit based in the Denver metro area that provides housing assistance resources.
