‘Our self-esteem that we must enhance’

Do something today to bring joy to the world you live in.

Being in a positive mood will create feel good endorphins.

These are neurotransmitters produced by the pituitary gland and hypothalamus in the brain.

They are stimulated when we exercise, have stress, or are suffering from pain.

Stress can cause many problems, such as heart disease, high blood pressure and other negative effects on the body.

Relieving such anxiety will have positive results, giving you a sense that you are loved by someone and feel like you are somebody.

It is our self-esteem that we must enhance to feel good about ourselves.

Have we achieved all that we planned for ourselves?

What can we do today to make each day a special and memorable event?

Write a daily journal that describes all the positive life experiences and all the wonderful emotions that made you feel content.

Remember this my friend, this world is what you make of it, so keep a big smile on your face.

This will transmit crucial life-giving energy to your earthly form and will give you solace.
