Seniors Outdoors announces activities
Seniors Outdoors will host these activities:
The group will clean up U.S. Highway 550 on Saturday. Coffee and doughnuts will be served in the Hermosa Gas Station parking lot. To RSVP, call Jim Shadell at 247-5597 or email shadelljim@gmail.com
The Wednesday Wanderers will hike the Dry Gulch Trail on Wednesday. No dogs and no early turn-backs will be allowed. Participants are asked to wear blaze orange because of hunting season. Nonmembers should RSVP to Barb Hancock at 764-4531.
Trails 2000 and Seniors Outdoors will work on a trail-maintenance project Wednesday in Hidden Valley on the Church Camp Trail. Participants should meet at 1:30 p.m. at Animas City Park. Bring water and wear long pants, boots and gloves. Trails 2000 will have a trail-maintenance crew leader and all tools required. No dogs are allowed.
