Seniors Outdoors! will host these events:
There will be a hard hike today in the Blair Gulch-Spencer Basin area. Peak options include Round Mountain, Kendall Peak and Hazelton Mountain. Four-wheel drive Lo/Hc vehicles necessary. Limit 10 and dogs are OK. RSVP to Dan Honig at dhonig@animas.net.
The Monday Durango Area Bike Ride will begin at Home Depot. Helmets and gloves are required. For more information, call Jim Newman at 884-7717 or email Newmanji10@aol.com.
A hike on Monday will be 13 miles on the Rhoda-Verde CDT loop. Four-wheel drive is necessary, no dogs and a limit of 10 people. RSVP Charlie Berguland at 247-9747 or chasberglund@msn.com.
The Wednesday Wanderers hike will be on the Lower Hermosa Creek Trail. Dogs should be on a leash. Non-members should RSVP to Warren Levingston at 769-1437.
Starting at Cement Creek Road, a climb to Anvil Mountain is planned for Thursday. Limit of 12 people. Dogs are OK. RSVP Darrell Maddox at (303) 775-3208.

BMX practices to be held on Tuesdays
Durango BMX practice will be held every Tuesday through Sept. 9. The practice sessions are flexible. Attend practice when able and it is not mandatory to attend every practice. Cost is $2 for practice.
