Panel disussion at Fort Lewis College to address water management

“Music, Citizen Engagement & Water Resource Management,” a panel discussion, will be held at 7 p.m. Monday, Feb. 6, at the Fort Lewis College Community Concert Hall.

Heath Corley of Durango will lead the program, and panelists will include Mina Girgis, producer and CEO of The Nile Project; Gary Gianniny, chairman of FLC’s Department of Geosciences; Aaron Kimple, Mountain Studies Institute program director; and Ty Churchwell of Trout Unlimited. The event is free and open to the public.

The music ensemble The Nile Project will perform at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 7, at the Community Concert Hall.
