Ever since colonial times, newspapers have been the lifeblood of a community. Now, while I haven’t been reading them that long, it’s been over a half-century that I’ve enjoyed a morning paper.
Newspapers have played a significant role in Colorado history. After the requisite saloons and assay office, boom towns often supported two or even three newspapers.
What’s wrong with our picture? Judging from the classified ad rates, it certainly can’t be financial. As a loyal subscriber, now cancelled, I’m asking that you reassess your role in serving the community. Plus, you’ve messed up the comics and the word jumble.
