Home Builders Association of Southwest Colorado will host the 17th annual Parade of Homes from Sept. 23 to 26.
The parade will feature 10 home and commercial locations built by local builders. The lineup of new home offerings will include everything from affordable housing to the million dollar and up category.
The parade will begin from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday with Smart Enterprises, Steve Gates Architect + E-Terra Construction, The Gallery and Southwest Appliances hosting special events with food and drinks.
“Homes Under the Stars” will take place from 5 to 9 p.m. Friday with each parade home hosting catered cuisine and drinks. Tours of parade homes will be available from noon to 9 p.m. Saturday and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday. Because of unforeseen circumstances, Stop 11 (Elevation Custom Homes) will not be available for the duration of the parade.
Tickets are available at www.hbasc.com, Smart Enterprises and Southwest Appliances. One ticket provides admission to all the events and a ballot to vote for favorite homes.
