Staging area: 500 block of Main Avenue and Fifth Street from Main to Park Elementary.

No parking 2:30 to 10 p.m. (possibly earlier)

3 p.m. closure to traffic from Main Avenue and College Drive to Fifth Street and East Third Avenue.

Temporary business access will be allowed to those who need it.

Parade Route: Main Avenue from College Drive to 12th Street.

No parking from 3:30 to 10 p.m. (possibly earlier). This includes the 100 block of east College Drive, 100 block of east 12th Street., Main Avenue from 12th to 13th streets and Narrow Gauge Avenue from 11th to 12th streets.

Closure: 4 PM closure The Parade route and above additional roads will close at 4 p.m. (Narrow Gauge Avenue will not be closed to through traffic.)

Barricades: Will be dropped beginning at 4:30 p.m.

All vehicles in private lots adjacent to closures should vacate before 4 p.m. After 4 p.m., vehicles exiting private lots onto a closed road may be cited.
