The parking area at Rotary Park, 15th Street and East Second Avenue, will be closed beginning Thursday for the installation of a new public restroom at the park.
The work will include new asphalt paving in the parking area and improvements to the existing Rotary Park gazebo. The project is scheduled to be completed in the fall.
