Parks and Rec releases fall/winter guide

The Durango Parks and Recreation Department’s “2014-15 Fall/Winter Enrichment Guide,” which lists dozens of activities for all ages, is now available online and in printed form, the city of Durango said in a news release today.

The 56-page guide lists activities available at the Durango Community Recreation Center and Chapman Hill, and lists activities for youths and adults, with the bulk dedicated to youths.

A section near the back describes available city trails and parks, with a chart showing all the parks and various amenities available at each.

Visit durangogov.org/activityguide to view the guide. Copies are available at the rec center, Mason Center, Durango Public Library, Chapman Hill and City Hall.

Registration for fall and winter activities is available online at durangogov.org/register4rec, or in person at the Durango Community Recreation Center, Mason Center or Chapman Hill.

Contact parks and recreation at 375-7300 for more information.
