Passionate about winter sports

Four-year-old Marguerite, daughter of Sarah and Ross Douglas, hangs on to the towrope with her father’s help Monday afternoon at Chapman Hill. Chapman Hill hosted a free ski day which was organized by Durango Winter Sports Foundation. Donna Chase, a volunteer for the Durango Winter Sports Foundation, said the club wants “to give back to the community that supports them and helps share their passion in teaching others their love of the sport.
