Pathways Physical Therapy & Holistic Health recently welcomed physical therapist, Cara Cage.
Cage has been a physical therapist for almost 10 years, specializing in orthopedics, the spine, lymphedema and treatment post breast cancer surgeries and pelvic floor therapy. She is a board certified orthopedic clinical specialist, certified in the mechanical diagnosis and treatment and a certified lymphedema therapist. Additionally, Cage enjoys helping women stay active during pregnancy, prepare for their birth and heal postpartum.
Cage has two upcoming classes at the Durango Recreation Center: a Postpartum Fitness Class from 10 to 11 a.m. Mondays, beginning Feb. 24, and a Prenatal Fitness Class from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. Thursdays beginning Feb. 27.
