The Animas River Trail Pedestrian Bridge crossing the river between Schneider Park and Iris Park will be closed Monday and is scheduled to reopen Saturday, May 9. The closure is to allow for construction work associated with the trail replacement project in Iris Park.
Alternate trail connections can be made at the Swinging Bridge just north of Schneider Park (route includes stairs), the Ninth Street bridge and Park Avenue and Main Avenue.
