Pediatric Partners of the Southwest recently promoted Michelle Cloar and Jessica Snowberger to the role of family advocate and care coordinator.
In their new positions, Cloar and Snowberger will provide patient and family care supports and pediatric home services, including PPSW portal and telemedicine home visit access.
