Philanthropic Education Organization Colorado Chapter CS recently awarded its Dorothy Gore Scholarship to Animas High School student Alaina Wray.
She will receive $1,500 in scholarship money for outstanding academic achievement and leadership ability.
Wray hopes to attend Colorado State University and major in wildlife biology.
