The residential parking permit system on East Third and Fourth avenues should be put into effect and enforced.
Not only can residents not park in front of their own houses, but people are not considerate of where the driveways, the sidewalks or the fire hydrants are. I have seen vehicles on East Fourth Avenue being towed for such a thing as well as ticketed, which is good.
This should be passed and enforced because it would be helpful to the residents who live in the area.
