Four Bayfield boys have been honored by the coaches in the InterMountain League, and Ryan Phelps is one of the league's two players of the year.
First teams IML members are Phelps and Keyon Prior of Bayfield, Angelo Ramirez, Ry Adams and Noah Romero of Alamosa; Isaiah Griego, Pagosa Springs; Jasen Engel, Montezuma-Cortez; Teagan Whiteskunk, Montezuma-Cortez; Nate Anderson, Centauri; David Mascarenas, Monte Vista.
Hayden Farmer and Dax Snooks were honored as honorable mention players in the IML.
Phelps and Griego are the players of the year, and Brandon Brubacher of Alamosa is coach of the year.
