The low-flowing Animas River on Saturday looking upstream from the Ninth Street Bridge. The river reached a maximum discharge of 127 cubic feet per second early Saturday morning before falling to about 104 cfs by about 6 a.m. Sunday, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.
