Caprice Fox, owner of Creative Art and Tea, the gift shop at the Durango Arts Center, celebrates her grand reopening Friday with a sidewalk display featuring paintings by Sandra E. Heller, who is one of 75 artists showcased in the store. Fox plans to have artists painting and making pottery in front of the store throughout the summer.
