Oscar Contreras, foreground, and Mick Reel, both with Neil’s Excavation & General Contracting, Inc., finish recently poured concrete Tuesday at one of four new curb ramps at the intersection of East Second Avenue and College Drive. Work along College Drive from Main Avenue to East Fourth Avenue will last until mid-May and include a new traffic signal at East Second and College.
