Demolition work takes places Thursday on the second floor of the former Hassle Free Sports building in the 2600 block of north Main Avenue. The outdoor gear store closed in March after 39 years. Purgatory Resort purchased the building, and it likely will move its Durango office there when the renovation is complete in fall.
