Photo: First sign of winter on La Plata Mountains

Seasonal changes are here: Light snow fell overnight on the La Plata Mountains. Scattered showers and thunderstorms are expected Wednesday in the Four Corners, and isolated storms are expected Thursday through the weekend, according to the National Weather Service. And some snow showers could continue to dust mountaintops in the region.
