Photo: Good sledding conditions may dissipate

Cold temperatures and well-packed snow made for excellent sledding Monday at Buckley Park. The wintry conditions, though, are expected to give way this week to sunshine and daytime high temperatures in the low 40s. The next chance for precipitation in Durango comes on the weekend – again with the possibility of a rain-snow mix, according to the National Weather Service.
