A pedestrian walking along East Second Avenue becomes part of a strange juxtaposition of art discovered within the Durango Art Center on Wednesday involving a large photograph, called “JC and lump of coal,” by Chip Thomas. The photograph is part of the center’s exhibition “Picture Perfect.”
