Photo: Turf goes down at Durango High School

Michael Bazan of General Acrylics based in Phoenix uses a roller to help lay artificial turf on Durango High School’s football field. Crews have been working on the field behind the high school since the beginning of the summer in hopes it will be playable for the Demons’ home opener against Farmington on Sept. 16.
