Gusty winds Tuesday blew stoplights out of place at Trimble Lane (County Road 252) and U.S. Highway 550. Morning winds were recorded between 20 and 25 mph with stronger gusts. On Wednesday, the National Weather Service expects clear skies with less wind in Southwest Colorado, but it forecasts a fire weather watch in the area for Thursday.
