Colorado Parks and Wildlife stocked about 31,000 fingerling cutthroat and Gunnison River rainbow trout throughout the river in Durango. The cutthroats should have a good chance at survival after runoff from the 416 Fire killed most of the predatory fish in the river in 2018.
