Durango Fire Protection District firefighters extricate an occupant in a Ford Focus on Sept. 20. The occupant’s Focus had crashed with a Jeep Rubicon at Camino del Rio and County Road 210. The driver of the Ford was in the southbound turn lane on Camino and turned in front of a Jeep that was traveling north through the green light.
