Riders from the Crested Butte Adaptive Sports Association take part in the annual <a href="http://www.ridetherockies.com">Ride the Rockies</a> bike tour as they make their way along Florida Road (County Road 240) toward Durango from Pagosa Spring on Monday afternoon. The 447-mile tour started Saturday in Alamosa and will end in Saturday in Salida. In total, riders will ascend more than 32,000 vertical feet. The group will leave Durango on Wednesday morning to ride to Ridgway in the next leg of the tour.
