“Ever since I was a little girl I wanted a tribute garden,” said Pam Espinoza, while looking over the one that she and her husband, Richard Espinoza, built honoring the different military branches, law enforcement and firefighters in front of their home on County Road 501 near Vallecito Reservoir. “People pull in the driveway and walk through it and others who know us thank us for building it. But it’s not complete yet, we still need national and Coast Guard plaques,” said Richard Espinoza.
