Anne Dahlson feeds a treat to Risa Bliss’ horse Cinco, a 10-year-old Andalusian, and to her horse, Bo, a 22-year-old draft horse-mix, on Tuesday as they finish working with their horses in the pavilion at the La Plata County Fairgrounds.
