Pine River Library will have the third meeting of its monthly Cookbook Club from noon to 1 p.m. Dec. 13 at the library, 395 Bayfield Center Drive in Bayfield.
Each month on the third Wednesday, the group gathers together and shares a potluck of recipes from a chosen cookbook, chef or cuisine. In December, the group will cook Indian recipes from cookbooks of everyone’s own choice. The library also has an assortment of Indian food cookbooks on display that can be checked out by participants.
A local professional chef who grew up in India will also give a presentation about Indian cooking during the meeting.
