Pine River Library will host “Theodore Roosevelt and the American West,” a lecture by Andrew Gulliford, from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Wednesday.
Gulliford will talk about Roosevelt’s connections with Southwest Colorado and his establishment of the San Juan National Forest. Gulliford is a Fort Lewis College history professor and recipient of the 2019 Colorado Book Award.
