Pine River Library to begin programs for teens

For children in grades six through 12, the Pine River Library offers weekday programs and snacks for teens from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m.. The next round of programming will start Wednesday.

On Mondays, teens can join the all ages “Gamer Club,” with the first program running Jan. 13. Wednesday is “Table Top Day,” where teens can come play Magic the Gathering, Settlers of Catan, Pandemic and more. On Thursdays, teens are invited to “Tour Your Future” to discover and build skills surrounding robots, coding, programming, gaming, 3D printing and more. Fridays are dedicated to food. Each week, teens will learn about budgeting and food nutrition while making and eating creative and diverse dishes. On holidays, or other days when the library is closed, programs will be canceled.
